Gold Key Media joins forces with London’s top luxury hotels for charity bike ride in aid of Hospitality Action

Gold Key Media teamed up with big names in the luxury hotel industry to take on le Tour de Cuisine – Cotswold Cycle Challenge for the second year running in order to raise money for “Hospitality Action”.

On Monday 5th June, seven members of the Gold Key Media team, including Managing Director Chris Horn, Deputy Managing Director Duncan MacGillivray and Venue Sales Director Sally Ingram, were joined by representatives from both the hospitality and publishing industries.

Industry riders included Pru Parkes from Corinthia, Marie Bellman from Mandarin Oriental, Andrew Thomson from COMO Hotels, Patrick de la Mar from Royal Garden Hotel, Steve Cole from Square Up Media, Vincent Fan from China Daily, Janet White from the Financial Times and Gethin Thomas from ABC – Audit Bureau of Circulations.

Setting off in challenging weather conditions from the Beaufort Polo Club in Tetbury, team Gold Key Media joined over 200 other riders on the challenge of cycling 64 or 100 miles on a route which passed through the picturesque Cotswold villages.

Chris Horn, Managing Director of Gold Key Media, said: “This is our second Tour De Cuisine and this year we manged to assemble a wonderful group of 15 riders representing both the hotel and publishing industry. Hospitality Action is such an important charity for the industry and we’re delighted to help Penny Moore and her team wherever we can”.
