Chris founded and set up Gold Key Media in 2001. Previously, Chris was Deputy Managing Director of Johnsons Inflight News, responsible for delivering more than 75 million newspapers and magazines a year to the international airline industry. Before this Chris was Circulation Director (Asia Pacific) for newspaper USA Today International.
Deputy Managing Director
Duncan joined Gold Key Media after 9 years at the Financial Times where he had developed a sound understanding of the newspaper circulation and distribution channels before becoming Sales Development Manager for the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa. In this role he was responsible for the sales, promotion and distribution of the FT through specialist non retail channels including hotels, airlines, business schools and other niche venues. He was also responsible for developing the FT’s successful sponsored copy programme.
Business Development Director
Oliver joined Gold Key Media in 2007 and in that time has led on key accounts such as The Economist, the BBC, Bauer Media, and Dennis Publishing, and has worked with China Daily since its launch in 2010 to grow it into one of the highest circulation titles in Europe. More recently he has managed bespoke placement programmes at the G8 Summit, COP 17 and COP18 United Nations Conferences on Climate Change, and the Rio +20 Conference on Sustainable Development.
Group Account Manager – New Business
Duncan joined Gold Key Media in March 2013 having worked for Marketforce for over six years. Joining Marketforce as part of the Graduate Development Programme, Duncan managed the UK sales for some of IPC Media’s key brands before taking on responsibility for the North American markets and the international sales of major third party publisher clients.
Group Account Manager – Key Accounts
Ruth joined Gold Key Media in April 2013 having worked for Seymour International for over five years. At Seymour Ruth had responsibility for the international sales and trade marketing of a range of shareholder and major third party publisher clients. Prior to Seymour, Ruth spent four years in Australia as a Circulation and Trade Marketing Manager at Network Services and Australia’s largest publishing company, Australian Consolidated Press (ACP).
Venue Sales Director
Sally joined Gold Key Media in May 2009 and heads up the Venue Team. She has a Media background, previously working in regional press for Archant and the Kent Messenger Group as well as PR & Marketing for a children’s charity. Sally works alongside hotels and publishers alike, putting together bespoke ideas and solutions that are beneficial to the individual business needs. Sally has helped to expand this side of the business over the last 6 years, growing the company’s venue portfolio and developing Gold Key Medias profile within the hospitality industry.
Senior Account Manager
Natalie joined Gold Key Media in 2012 after working for COMAG Magazine Marketing for 5 years as a key member of the Client Relations team. During her time at COMAG Natalie worked on the high profile Hearst Magazines UK & Conde Nast accounts.
